Everyone becomes a leader at some point in life. I become a Leader after getting noticeable success in my blogging.

A single writer works all-time under me. I take lessons from Jordan Peterson's leadership wisdom.

It develops my confidence in my leadership quality.

1. Leaders have various types:

There are 16 personality types. Each personality type has specific features.

Peterson explains that leader varies in different Types. It means my temperament determines my strengths and weaknesses.

Some people are natural introverts or extroverts. It’s visible in their leadership style.

I’m an introvert, aggressive and disciplined type by nature. My weaknesses are extroverted, humility, and flexibility in my leadership.

Your leadership strengths and weaknesses are different from mine.

2. Give other genuine authority:

Every leader encourages the team to resolve their problems by themselves. It gives authority that awakes a sense of responsibility. the leadership is less driven by advice and more move through actions.

I give my team encouragement to face the problem with calmness and formulate solutions.

3. Confidence maintains in anxiety:

Leaders can maintain their confidence in front of anxiety. It’s something you can learn through practice. The stable outlook of leaders makes them attractive.

Various non-verbal cues are associated with the confidence of the Leader. I handle unwanted situations through calm and never rush to get an instant solution. I value my effort more than my actual achievement as a leader.

4. Act as a model to follow:

Every Leader gets followers. It’s like a child noticing and leaning on a mother. The people around you value your work and try to learn from your response.

I present myself as a model to follow the writing process. My team follows it and then develops their style.

5. Have the highest value:

The leader has a higher purpose. Peterson refers to it as loving God through heart and soul. You have to connect with a higher purpose that refers to a goal. It pushes leaders to expand and achieve.

I share my higher goal with others. It’s different for you.

The highest value gives you a direction. You focus and move towards it.

You get a clear Direction that comes through properties.

I get my direction through the values that guide me.

6. Path Accordance with value structure:

Discipline is necessary for the development of something. It limits and preconditions you for some reason. You get self-mastery that leads towards freedom.

A leader develops individuality through discipline. I get my structure through Discipline.

It gives access that develops Focus on valuable priorities. I develop better skills that assist my team in the identification of valuable.

7. Move with Vision:

Jordan Peterson explains that people who work associated with vision have a 10% increment in their work performance. The long-term vision makes leaders growth-oriented.

I develop my 3 to 5 Year goal. It assists me in valuing my current moves. I prefer long-term and everlasting profits. I protect myself from short-term profits.

I concentrate on my long-term and a larger goal to serve others.

8. Encourage freedom over tyranny:

A leader values the freedom of his team. Peterson explains that a leader value the free choice of the team.

I Value-free Choice of my team. It gives the free sense to connect with the purpose. Besides, every person has a different potential to connect with Purpose.

9. Life over business plan:

A true leader has a purpose that drives him. The purpose drives the leader and team with no limit.

The business plan has various dependent factors to avoid. I follow my writing purpose to provide value.

I share my true Purpose with my team. My team connects with it.
